Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain community grounds and common areas, ensuring excellent curb appeal for residents. This onsite role collaborates with the maintenance team to keep exterior spaces pristine, including pools and mailbox areas.

You will follow Peak standards, perform trash removal, water landscaping, and assist with events as needed, contributing to a tidy, welcoming campus environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate general cleaning equipment and tools (hand tools, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to Peak standards.
• Work with maintenance team to ensure curb appeal at all times.
• Inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily.
• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Run trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled.
• Clean mailbox area daily.
• Water flowers, plants and shrubs as needed.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance/cleaning as needed.
• Maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records per state & local requirements.
• Assist in daily upkeep of office, clubhouse and amenity areas.
• Check and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Sweep, blow or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots and common areas.
• Deliver and post newsletters and flyers.
• Trash out vacant units.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company dress code.
