South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Painter to prep, paint, and repair building surfaces across our CT communities. You will maintain interior and exterior finishes, ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction. The role requires a valid driver’s license and on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven painting experience in residential/communal spaces.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and apply coatings to interior/exterior areas.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching as needed.
• Apply paint and coatings to interior/exterior surfaces.
• Repair surface damage like cracks and water stains.
• Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures during work.
• Maintain consistent finishes to support curb appeal.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and functional.
• Maintain and inventory painting supplies and tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance team on schedules and priorities.
• Respond promptly to painting work orders with a customer-first attitude.
