Job summary

Mozaic Senior Life is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Physical Plant team. You will paint interior and exterior surfaces, prep and finish surfaces, and assist with general maintenance and emergency needs.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years painting experience, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years painting or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and surface prep.

Responsibilities

• Paint and refinish interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and repairing cracks.
• Refinish walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors and trim.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and safe practices.
• Mix, tint and prepare finishes as needed.
• Follow safety policies and assist with emergencies as required.
