Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read safety policies and manuals.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer software.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure cleanliness of common areas, offices, and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with make-ready process.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Director or Community Director.
• Ensure gates and locks function per codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA requirements.
• Meet attendance and physical demands of the position.
