Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and common areas daily to keep them neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant areas and prepare units for turnover as needed.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Ensure gates and pool area security codes are functioning and compliant.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and coordinate with team members.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and respond to routine maintenance requests.
