Job summary

ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and keep common areas clean and inviting for residents. The role involves cleaning, debris removal, and assisting with service requests to support community retention.

You will work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, performing safety-conscious custodial duties, operating equipment, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely, high-quality upkeep across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and pick up debris throughout the property, sidewalks, and litter.
• Inform Supervisor of supplies needed and assist maintenance staff.
• Remove trash and assist in emergency cleaning.
• Operate new equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and adequate supplies.
• Inspect areas daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Follow security and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain relationships with maintenance staff and complete daily work orders.
