Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and neighborhood safety at our community. You will walk the property daily, clear trash and debris, and keep all common areas clean and inviting.

You will support the maintenance team, assist with trash-outs, and report hazards promptly. Candidates should be comfortable outdoors year-round, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Attention to detail to keep grounds clean and presentable.
• Ability to communicate maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and remove trash, debris, pet waste, and other items from the grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, breezeways, stairwells, common areas, dumpster areas, and building entrances.
• Assist with trash-outs of vacant apartments and properly dispose of abandoned furniture and debris.
• Clean and maintain community amenities (pool, clubhouse, fitness center, laundry facilities, mail areas).
• Report damaged property, lighting issues, leaks, hazards to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Replace exterior light bulbs and perform minor maintenance tasks when trained.
• Assist with weather-related property needs and storm cleanup.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, vendors, and team members.
