Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will perform make-ready tasks and minor repairs under the direction of the Service Director.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service to residents, and collaboration with on-site teams. Expect a 40-hour week with varied site hours and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read labels, safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily to remove litter and debris.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments during make-ready.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by Supervisors.
• Change locks and maintain pool gates per codes.
• Distribute notices to residents.
• Report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous resident service and handle complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required training.
• Meet attendance and physical demands per policy.
