Job summary

Access Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper in Orlando, FL to maintain the community’s appearance and assist in maintenance tasks. The role focuses on cleaning, debris removal and delivering high levels of customer service to residents and guests.

You will work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with physical duties including lifting, crawling, and navigating the property. Prior custodial experience is preferred, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community's curb appeal through thorough cleaning and debris pickup.
• Assist other maintenance staff and communicate needs to Supervisor.
• Remove trash and assist in emergency cleaning as required.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain supplies and inspect areas daily for discrepancies.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Complete daily work orders and keep equipment in good condition.
