Job summary

The Travel Corporation (TTC) is seeking a Product Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the Product team. You will coordinate product information, updates, and processes across departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality product experiences aligned with TTC's commitment to excellence at every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities include maintaining product data in MXP, supporting travel program development, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, business writing, data analysis and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of travel programs (cruise, rail, train, air, extension, land).
• Conduct product research and industry trend analysis to identify enhancements.
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain and update product data within MXP for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the Product SharePoint site as a central information resource.
• Prepare product manuals, training materials, and reference documents.
• Review product information across brochures and website content for accuracy.
