Job summary

The Travel Corporation (Uniworld) is seeking a Product Coordinator to support the Product team’s day‑to‑day operations, coordinating product information, updates, and cross‑functional processes to ensure accurate, timely experiences for customers.

The role requires excellent Microsoft Office skills, data analysis, sharp attention to detail, and strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep brochures and website content current in a fast‑paced travel environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office, strong data analysis, and the ability to produce clear reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous approach.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of travel programs across cruise, rail, train, air, extension, and land-based offerings.
  • Conduct product comparisons and research industry trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and unique travel experience development.
  • Maintain and update product data within MXP to ensure accuracy and consistency; manage Product SharePoint site.
  • Create and maintain product manuals, training materials, and internal communications.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Product team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient coordination of product information, updates, and processes across multiple departments. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration, the Product Coordinator helps deliver high-quality product experiences that align with the company’s commitment to excellence at every customer touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and maintenance of cruise, rail, train, air, extension, and land-based travel programs.
  • Conduct product comparisons and research industry trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and unique travel experience development.
2. Product Systems & Information Management
  • Maintain and update product data within MXP to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage and enhance the Product SharePoint site as a central information resource.
  • Oversee extension reports, sustainability tracking, and other business-critical data.
3. Product Documentation & Training Resources
  • Create and maintain product manuals, whitebooks, image libraries, and supporting documentation.
  • Develop training presentations and voice-over content for onboarding and team development.
  • Prepare product summaries, announcements, and reference materials for internal stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance & Website Content Management
  • Review and proof product information across brochures, cruise companions, and documentation.
  • Partner with Marketing to maintain accurate and up-to-date website content.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance across all sales and marketing materials.
5. Communication, Analysis & Team Support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for product-related communications and internal inquiries.
  • Compile and analyze survey results and performance data to support product improvements.
  • Assist with annual kickoff meeting preparation, presentations, and cross-functional team initiatives.

Success in this role is measured through a combination of operational excellence, quality standards, collaboration, and reliability.:

  • Accuracy: Maintaining up-to-date and error-free reports, spreadsheets, and documentation that support product operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all product-related materials and sites meet established standards before release or publication.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with team members on projects and everyday tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively coordinating with internal teams to support product initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Responsiveness & Reliability: Demonstrating consistency in handling administrative tasks and follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, business writing, data analysis, and problem-solving, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create, manage, and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, along with exposure to product operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional project support within a dynamic business environment.
