The Travel Corporation (TTC) is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM & Automation – Trade to lead CRM strategy, lifecycle programs and automation for TTC Tour Brands' trade partners. • Shape and lead Trade CRM roadmap and lifecycle strategy.
• Use automation, segmentation, personalization to improve engagement and performance.
• Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and personalization.
• Define KPIs and partner with Data & Insights to measure impact.
• Lead and develop the CRM & Email team.
