Qualifications

• 2–3 years in communications, marketing or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for multiple audiences and channels.
• Experience creating slide decks and visual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish company announcements across email, intranet, and other channels.
• Create clear, visually engaging slide decks for meetings and leadership presentations.
• Support planning and execution of company events (town halls, celebrations, engagement activities).
• Collaborate on a recurring company magazine/newsletter, including content planning and layout.
• Create intranet posts to inform teams across locations.
• Develop social media posts highlighting culture and milestones, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Partner with HR and site leaders on culture and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, gather content, and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain an internal communications calendar and ensure alignment across channels.
• Proofread materials for clarity, tone, and accuracy in Sun Noodle’s voice.
