Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Senior Manager - Culture & Engagement to shape a people-centered culture through enterprise-wide employee listening, recognition, and EVP initiatives in hybrid Plymouth, MN. The role blends strategy, analytics, and execution to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead survey strategy, design moments that matter, and partner with HR and business units to translate data into actionable insights and scalable culture programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, I/O Psychology, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement or Organizational Development.
• Experience with survey/data analytics and EVP/Culture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the annual engagement survey and pulse surveys.
• Design and implement other surveys (onboarding, stay interviews, exit interviews).
• Develop and evolve the enterprise recognition strategy and programs; drive adoption.
