Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in HR, I/O Psychology, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement or Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Survey Strategy: lead end-to-end engagement and pulse surveys, design and maintain moments that matter.
• Recognition: evolve enterprise recognition programs and resources to reinforce behaviors and values.
• Culture-Defining: bring PCM, Leadership, and Employee Expectations to life with Talent Management and HRBP partnerships.
• HR Communications Strategy: lead communications in partnership with the HR and Communications teams.
• Data Analytics: identify trends, track metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Culture & EVP: design and deliver Culture and Employee Value Proposition definitions and programs.
• Events & Initiatives: plan company-wide culture events aligning with people-centered management principles.
• Project Management: manage large-scale programs with timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Process Development: develop resources and tools to support awareness, efficiency, and scalability.
