Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager in Plymouth, MN (Hybrid: in office 3 days/week). You will act as HR Business Partner to Digital and Corporate Development & Strategy teams, drive regulatory compliance, and partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring across the organization.

The role requires 6+ years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as Human Resources Business Partner to the Digital and Corporate Development & Strategy teams.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, including interviewing candidates for open roles.
• Advise management on employee relations issues and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Provide training to management in interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and government requirements.
• Administer performance review and merit/salary adjustment processes to ensure equity.
