Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Senior Manager - Culture & Engagement to shape a people-centered culture company-wide. You will design and execute employee listening strategies, lead engagement surveys, and evolve recognition programs in partnership with HR, Communications, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, I/O psychology, business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement or Organizational Development.
• Master's degree in HR/I-O psychology, business or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with survey/data analytics, EVP/culture (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of engagement and pulse surveys.
• Design and evolve moments that matter surveys (onboarding, stay, exit).
• Develop and evolve enterprise recognition strategy and programs.
• Collaborate to bring PCM, Leadership and Employee Expectations to life.
• Lead HR communications strategy and deployment with leadership teams.
• Translate analytics into stakeholder-ready insights and narratives.
• Define and implement Culture and Employee Value Proposition.
• Plan and execute company-wide culture initiatives and events.
• Manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
