Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management to drive enterprise transformation and organizational design across the business. You will partner with executives to shape structures, operating models, and workforce transformation programs that enable growth and profitability.

You will lead cross-functional programs from strategy through adoption, coach leaders, and build scalable change capabilities while delivering measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness, change management, or HR with leadership experience.
• Proven success leading broad cross-functional transformations in complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.
• Partner with executives to design org structures and operating models.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs from strategy to adoption.
• Develop change strategies including engagement, communications, training, and readiness.
• Assess effectiveness and propose solutions to improve performance and productivity.
• Establish enterprise frameworks, tools, and best practices for change and design.
• Coach leaders and HR partners to build enterprise capability and delivery.
