Daikin Applied is seeking a Senior Manager - Culture & Engagement to shape a people-centered culture through employee listening, recognition, and communications strategies. You will lead survey programs, develop the EVP, and partner across HR and business units to drive scalable, measurable culture initiatives.

In this hybrid role based in Plymouth, MN, you will leverage data to influence decision-making and elevate the employee experience, aligning PCM, leadership expectations, and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement or Organizational Development.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Business or related field, 3+ years of survey/data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the annual engagement survey and ongoing pulse surveys.
• Design and deploy recognition programs and tools that reinforce company values.
• Evolve the enterprise recognition strategy with HRBP, Communications and leadership.
• Develop and execute HR communications strategy and deployment (All Hands, Townhalls).
• Translate data analytics into stakeholder-ready insights and narratives.
• Plan and execute company-wide events and culture initiatives.

He or She will play a critical role in shaping and advancing DAA’s people-centered culture by designing and executing enterprise-wide employee listening and recognition strategies. This role serves as a subject matter expert in employee engagement, feedback systems, and culture-building practices, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decision-making and enhance the employee experience. Under limited supervision, you will lead end-to-end execution of engagement and pulse survey; evolve recognition programs; bring PCM, Leadership and Employee Expectations to life; lead the HR Communications strategy/partnership; create DAA’s Employee Value Proposition; and partner across HR and business units/functions to drive meaningful culture initiatives and events. Design and deploy recognition programs, resources, and tools that reinforce desired behaviors and company values, partnering with HR Business Partners, Communications and leadership to increase adoption, participation, and sharing of success stories to build awareness and engagement of recognition initiativesLead the culture-defining work to bring PCM, Leadership, and Employee Expectations to life in collaboration with Talent Management, HRBP’s, Communications and other key partnershipsLead the HR Communications Strategy and Deployment in partnership with the DAA Communications team. Includes Leadership All Hands, DAA Employee Townhalls, HR Townhalls, HR Manager Meetings, etc.Leverage data analytics to identify trends and effectiveness, track and report on key metrics, and translate complex spreadsheets into compelling narratives and stakeholder-ready insightsDesign and deliver DAA’s Culture and Employee Value Proposition definitions/programs. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
