Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management in Plymouth, MN. This role partners with the HR leadership to shape enterprise change strategies, organizational design, and operating models that drive profitable growth and sustainable transformation.

You will lead cross-functional programs, coach leaders, and establish frameworks to measure adoption and business impact, with a hybrid work arrangement and strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness, change management, org design, or HR with 6+ years of people leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, operating model transformation, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management and organizational effectiveness strategies driving transformation, growth and productivity.
• Partner with executives to design and implement org structures, operating models, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution, adoption, and sustained results.
• Develop and execute change management strategies: stakeholder engagement, communications, training, coaching, readiness planning.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend solutions to improve performance, governance, and productivity.
• Establish enterprise frameworks, tools, and best practices for change management, org design, and effectiveness.
• Coach leaders and HR partners to build organizational capability while guiding high-impact enterprise initiatives.
• Define and monitor success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and outcomes.
