Tubi is seeking a culturally fluent Social Media Manager to identify and activate opportunities that place Tubi at the center of culture and close to fans. You will scout creators, fandoms, and moments, then turn signals into ideas and rapid activations. Hybrid role based in Los Angeles with two days in-office weekly.

You'll work with Brand, Content, PR, Creator, and more to ensure fan-first, credible participation across social channels.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in social media, cultural marketing, or related field.
• Deep fluency in internet culture, fandoms, creators, and online communities.
• Ability to translate cultural signals into actionable campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Scout emerging creators, communities, and cultural moments for opportunistic partnerships.
• Develop social-first ideas and activations rooted in audience behavior.
• Lead community-driven programs across priority fandoms.
• Own opportunities from idea to execution with timelines and partners.
