You will oversee chaplaincy, alumni engagement, prayer groups, the Teammate Support Fund, and care-related programs aligned with our purpose and values. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-6 years in communications, content strategy, employer-brand, or culture storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Culture & Care programs with annual plans and success metrics.
• Develop resources, training, and tools to expand program reach.
• Modernize access to care; build a scalable resource hub.
• Strengthen the Teammate Support Fund operations and governance.
• Lead the chaplaincy program and engagement initiatives.
• Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
