Heartland Coca‑Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Culture Care Manager, Resources and Programs to lead and advance essential well‑being, connection, and engagement programs for teammates. You will oversee chaplaincy, alumni engagement, prayer groups, and the Teammate Support Fund, aligning efforts with our purpose and values.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in communications, content strategy, internal communications, employerbrand, or culture storytelling roles.
  • Experience managing creative projects, working with production partners, or coordinating content workflows.
  • Proven project management skills; experience leading enterprise-wide programs/projects.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and projects.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Experience in purpose-driven or values-led organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel ~20–30% across the Consolidated footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Manages assigned Culture & Care programs. Develops annual program plans, goals, priorities, and success measures. Identifies opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, participation, and organizational impact. Establishes consistent measures of program health and effectiveness, incorporates participant feedback and leading practices into program enhancements.
  • Build Organizational Capability for Care - Equips leaders, volunteers, chaplains, and program partners to consistently demonstrate care and support across the organization. Develops resources, training, and tools that expand the reach of Culture & Care programs.
  • Leads efforts to modernize and simplify access to care. Make care simple and accessible through innovation and technology. Leads the creation of and ongoing support of a resource hub (potentially AI-enabled) to better support teammates in real time and connect them to other resources
  • Strengthens the Teammate Support Fund – working to ensure timely, consistent, and high-impact support through clear communication and governance. Increases awareness, monitors effectiveness, and equips leaders on ways to support teammates through the use of the fund.
  • Leads the CCCI chaplaincy program in order to proactively support and engage teammates across the organization; proactively seeks out and implements ways to improve and strengthen the program.
  • Measure, Improve, and Sustain Program Impact. Establish clear program metrics and continuously improve Culture & Care offerings through data, feedback, and innovation.
  • Supports key Culture and Care programs from conception to implementation, partnering closely with business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Overview

The Culture & Care Manager, Resources and Programs is responsible for leading and advancing key Culture & Care programs that support the well-being, connection, and engagement of teammates. This role oversees core programs such as chaplaincy, alumni engagement, prayer groups, the Teammate Support Fund, and other care-related initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the Company's purpose, values, and commitment to caring for teammates.

The Manager serves as a strategic program leader and relationship builder who develops annual priorities, drives continuous improvement, measures impact, and equips leaders, chaplains, volunteers, and partners to extend care throughout the organization. This role balances strategy and execution by creating scalable programs, strengthening organizational capabilities, and identifying innovative ways to make care resources more accessible to teammates.
