Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Charlotte location is seeking a Culture & Care Manager, Resources and Programs to lead and advance care programs that support teammate well-being, connection, and engagement.

You will oversee chaplaincy, alumni engagement, prayer groups, the Teammate Support Fund, and other care initiatives aligned with the company’s purpose and values. You will develop annual priorities, drive improvements, measure impact, and enable leaders, volunteers, and partners to extend care

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in communications, content strategy, internal communications, employerbrand, or culture storytelling roles.
• Experience managing creative projects, working with production partners, or coordinating content workflows.
• Proven project management skills; experience leading enterprise-wide programs/projects.
• Ability to travel ~20–30% across the Consolidated footprint.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned Culture & Care programs. Develops annual program plans, goals, priorities, and success measures.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, participation, and organizational impact.
• Establishes consistent measures of program health and effectiveness, incorporates feedback into enhancements.
• Builds organizational capability for care by equipping leaders, volunteers, chaplains, and partners.
• Develops resources, training, and tools that expand program reach.
• Leads efforts to modernize access to care through technology and a resource hub.
• Strengthens the Teammate Support Fund with governance and communications.
• Leads the CCCI chaplaincy program to engage teammates.
• Measures and sustains program impact using data and feedback.
• Supports culture programs from conception to implementation with stakeholders.
