Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Manager, Culture & Engagement to lead the enterprise culture rollout. You will own recognition, engagement, and wellness programs while coordinating field-facing Culture Champions and the culture dashboard for leadership reviews.

The role partners with the Executive Chief of Staff, Corporate Communications, Administrative Services, and HR to embed the Culture Pillars—Together, Well, Community, Celebrate—into day-to-day behavior.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, internal communications, or HR program management.
• Experience designing programs for a distributed, non-desk workforce.
• Experience running employee surveys or pulse programs and translating results into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee culture transformation programs, recognition and engagement workstreams end-to-end.
• Build and run the peer-to-peer recognition platform and quarterly/annual Culture Awards.
• Design field-first recognition for construction crews; ensure mobile-friendly access on/off site.
• Develop culture pillars into observable behaviors for managers and employees.
• Co-develop Culture Pillars with leaders and translate into practical programs.
• Own pulse surveys, culture dashboard, and Culture KPIs for leadership reviews.
