Job summary

North Wind Group is actively seeking a Cultural Resources Project Manager I in Tempe, AZ, for a Regular Full Time role. You will supervise projects, perform in-field analyses, and prepare high-quality reports that meet agency and SHPO/THPO standards.

The position requires travel and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client deliverables across the Southwest. Responsibilities include coordinating field mobilizations, QA/QC of data, and collaborating with the Program Manager and field

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with Class III archaeological surveys, monitoring, and testing projects in the Southwest.
• Experience with artifact identification and in-field documentation procedures using tablets and site recording processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, staffing, invoicing, etc. for projects and provide updates to supervisory staff and fellow Project Managers.
• Attend PM meetings and biweekly business development meetings.
• Demonstrate experience with budget and proposal composition.
• Manage multiple projects, including tracking budgets.
• Produce high-quality reports and deliverables to agency standards.
