Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food service, hospitality, healthcare, or logistics.
• ServSafe Certification required (or able to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license for delivery van.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Proficient with computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations between culinary and transportation to meet metrics.
• Monitor service execution and resolve issues proactively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client needs.
• Communicate with managers, team members, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Support food delivery logistics and driver duties when needed.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Document activities and communicate updates using company systems.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with other operational duties as assigned.
