Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager for Magens Bay Beach, a role within our Elevated Hospitality team. You will help ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in proper cooking techniques and sanitation per Corporate policies to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in F&B and POS experience.
• ServeSafe certification required.
• Resident of St Thomas with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager in training staff on cooking techniques and sanitation.
• Ensure menu and guest service standards meet corporate expectations.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and rotation of deli items and grab-and-go products.
• Maintain accurate portioning, recipes, and waste control per guidelines.
• Support training on COGS data, health safety logs, and reporting.
• Lead by example in professionalism, cleanliness, and attendance.
