Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Lumen Field in Seattle is seeking a Concessions Cook for event-based, part-time work during stadium events. You will prepare concession menu items, operate kitchen equipment, and help ensure high food quality and guest satisfaction.

The role offers union pay with a range of $25.85–$27.85 per hour, plus tips on event days, free parking, and a staff meal with each shift. Prior kitchen experience and the ability to stand long hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a cook in a fast-food or concessions environment preferred.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment including broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer and chef knife.
• Excellent communication with managers and team members.
• Willingness to handle and serve all varieties of food.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Possess & maintain valid Washington State Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concession menu items and package or keep warm until sold.
• Follow directions from supervisors and support team success.
• Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
• Know location-specific menu items and adapt to changes for events.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment safely during events.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe prep, kitchen, and service areas.
