Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and a formal Culinary Education.
3-5 years of culinary experience at operator or corporate level; product development a plus.
Strong negotiation, oral and written communication skills; ability to close sales.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and solid culinary skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer network and provide sales and culinary support and training.
Handle product claims and complaints while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Achieve volume, trade spending and profitability goals for assigned customers.
Provide up-to-date competitor information.
Collaborate with Ingredient/National Account Sales Manager selling efforts.
Work with customer culinary teams on product projects and new item development.
