Job summary

Jones Dairy Farm in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Foodservice Key Account Manager to grow national accounts, increase product placements, and meet volume and profit goals. You will be the primary interface between customers and the JDF organization, guiding cross‑functional teams across product development, manufacturing, marketing, and finance.

You will lead strategic account planning, develop price quotes for regular and special projects, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10 years of Sales and experience in the food industry including managing national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned volume and profit goals and grow new product placements.
• Initiate new sales opportunities with all potential ingredient and national accounts.
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and align with JDF departments.
• Participate in product development for products requiring special formulas or packaging.
• Develops and presents price quotes for regular and special projects.
• Act as the point of contact for key ingredient and national account customers.
• Communicate strategy and direction to the JDF Organization to ensure alignment.
• Travel up to 25% with some overnight stays.
