This hands-on role partners with Sales and Marketing to transform products into compelling foodservice concepts, lead live demonstrations, and guide menu development for brand growth.

Preferred: 5+ years in culinary or foodservice, culinary degree, Serve Safe, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary or foodservice experience.
• Culinary degree preferred (Culinary Arts, Food & Nutrition, Food Science, or related).
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Experience across multiple foodservice channels preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales through culinary ideation, menu concept development, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop recipes, tasting menus, and food presentations for customer understanding of product value.
• Coordinate ingredients, logistics, and shipments for customer meetings and culinary engagements.
• Partner with sales teams to create compelling culinary stories aligned with customer needs and opportunities.
• Provide onsite culinary support during customer visits, operator workshops, and strategic account presentations.
• Translate product features into operator-relevant solutions.
