Job summary

Nestlé Professional Solutions seeks a Culinary Innovation Chef to drive the NPS portfolio through innovative culinary applications and customer-focused solutions. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to translate product features into compelling foodservice concepts and lead hands-on culinary execution across events, demonstrations, and tastings.

This highly collaborative role requires at least 5 years in culinary or foodservice, a preferred culinary degree, and strong skills in menu

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of culinary or foodservice experience.
• Culinary degree preferred (Culinary Arts, Food & Nutrition, Food Science, or related field).
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Experience across multiple foodservice channels preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, inventory, and logistics capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary preparation activities including menu development, recipe testing, ingredient sourcing, and event setup.
• Develop innovative culinary applications that showcase the portfolio across foodservice channels.
• Support Sales and Marketing with culinary ideation, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Plan and execute elevated food experiences for internal meetings, leadership sessions, and client visits.
• Ensure food safety compliance and execution excellence in all activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver memorable brand experiences.
• Represent Nestlé Professional Solutions at industry events and customer engagements.
