Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, develop solutions to meet customer tastes, and oversee teams delivering prepared foods from a menu. You will coach staff, manage safety, control costs, analyze P&L, and ensure client satisfaction while driving performance and compliance in a fast-paced food service environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with the Food Service Director to deliver value to clients and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client rapport.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to meet expectations.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and achieve financial targets.
• Drive productivity through cost controls and profit management while adhering to labor initiatives.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Lead front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with the Food Service Director.
