Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, delivering customer-focused solutions while upholding safety and quality standards. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth service in a dynamic dining environment.

You will coach and develop staff, manage P&L targets, and align operations with client expectations, driving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
