Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model.
• Ability to supervise production, quality and control in a dining operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house and dining operation in coordination with the Food Service Director.
• Develop and implement dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
• Oversee safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Ensure P&L statements are maintained and financial targets met.
• Educate teams on key levers to improve margins and control costs.
