Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations and develop teams to meet client expectations. You will oversee daily activities, manage front-of-the-house responsibilities, and drive adherence to safety, sanitation, and profitability targets.

In this role you will supervise production, training, and performance to deliver quality meals while achieving P&L targets and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to coach and develop team members.
• Ability to communicate operational progress to clients.
• Experience delivering P&L accountability and margin improvements.
• Knowledge of food service operations and cost controls.
• Ability to ensure safety and sanitation in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark’s coaching model.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies and client expectations.
