Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, focus on delivering customer-focused food service solutions, and manage team performance in a dining facility. The position requires management experience, a degree or equivalent, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with the Food Service Director and other departments within the Aramark dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and develop staff and maintain client rapport
• Ability to comply with safety, wage and hour policies and maintain sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining operations using Aramark’s coaching model
• Plan daily team briefings and supervise production, quality, and control
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards and compliance with policies
• Meet client expectations and manage financial targets incl. P&L and margins
• Coordinate front-of-house operations with the Food Service Director
