Job summary

Willow Valley Communities is seeking a Culinary Services Lead Supervisor to lead a diverse Culinary Services team across multiple dining venues for Residents and Guests. • Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training Team Members (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership across Culinary Services operations, including dining room, dish room, and kitchen oversight.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service for Residents and Guests while upholding Willow Valley standards.
• Coordinate Team Member activities, assign work, and cover shifts as needed.
• Address Resident concerns, manage complaints, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with planning of Special Functions in addition to daily operations.
• Oversee policies and propose improvements; maintain records of meals, activities, and food safety systems.
• Schedule Team Members within budget and adjust for operational needs; maintain timekeeping records.
• Inspect dining rooms and serving stations for cleanliness and readiness.
• Requisition linens and supplies for dining areas.
• Conduct Team Meetings and communicate updates.
• Train Team Members to meet Willow Valley standards.
• Follow HACCP and Food Safety policies; complete daily reports and communications.
