Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2-year college/technical school preferred.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership in Culinary Services operations.
• Oversee dining room, dish room, and kitchen operations.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service that meets Willow Valley standards.
• Coordinate team activities and coverage for shifts as needed.
• Address resident concerns and follow up on complaints.
• Assist with planning and executing special functions.
