New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to lead all food and dining operations, ensuring quality and compliance across procurement, preparation, and service. You will manage finances, mentor staff, and uphold the highest safety standards while engaging residents and families.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years leading kitchen teams in hospitality settings, solid regulatory knowledge, and culinary credentials.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, storage, preparation, safety and sanitation procedures.
• 3+ years of successful management experience.
• 4+ years experience as lead chef in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
• Culinary training and/or Dietary Certifications required.
• This role is eligible for an annual bonus!

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and management of the food and beverage and dining services operations.
• Oversee procurement, preparation and service of the food per the designated Menu Program.
• Manage the department's finances and budgeting.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure safe food handling and sanitation of food areas, inventory and rotation of products.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Foster resident and family engagement and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.
