Culinary Server for Georgia Football - Student Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Clean front areas of the kitchen and food storage.
• Clean large equipment such as refrigerators, counters, serving lines, and tabletops.
• Keep the entire area clean and ready for certified inspection at any time.
• Complete opening and closing sheets.
• Ensure all fueling stations are full 24/7.
• Practice FIFO (first in, first out) method.
• Keep track of expiration dates for all grab‑and‑go items.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service.
• Knowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage, and serving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the culinary team.
• Ability to follow instructions for daily tasks including stocking and cleanup.
• Prior experience in a culinary/restaurant position.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Physical ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds.
• Work with outdoor temperatures for extended periods.
• Flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
