The University of Georgia is seeking a Server to assist the Culinary Service Manager with front of house operations for Georgia Olympic Sports. The role involves daily FOH tasks, stocking stations, cleaning and sanitation, and supporting service during events.
Candidates should have 1 year of food service experience, ServSafe Certification, knowledge of health and food safety codes, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the culinary team.
The Server will assist the Culinary Service Manager in executing front of house service for Georgia Olympic Sports. The employee will assist with the day-to-day operation of FOH. This person will need to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as well as multitask. They will also be responsible for stocking front of house, which includes but is not limited to various fueling stations, food service lines, and tabletops.
Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs. Work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Driving as needed for job duties.
