Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking an experienced Sales Professional for outside sales with a focus on restaurant and culinary accounts. You will promote Sysco products, build relationships with new and existing customers, and work toward sales and profit goals.

Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required to meet customer needs. The role offers a base salary, bonus opportunities, promotional incentives, car allowance (mileage reimbursement in CA), and a robust benefits package including an Employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet them.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions and meetings.
