Job summary

Sysco Corp. in the United States is seeking experienced Sales Professionals, Restaurant Managers, Culinary Managers or Chefs for outside sales. You will promote Sysco's products and services, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and help customers succeed while achieving sales goals.

This role may require non-traditional hours, travel, and participation in training programs. Compensation includes base pay plus bonus and promotional incentives, with benefits such as a car

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED plus 3 years of Restaurant Management or outside sales experience.
• Completion of Sysco Sales Internship is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor product solutions.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, availability and usage.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events as required.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with transportation to meet scheduling needs.
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training.
