Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience and become a personal chef and butcher expert. You will learn product knowledge, assist at checkout, manage stock, and fulfill online orders with a focus on freshness and availability.

The role requires the ability to work in a cold environment, stand long hours, and handle seasonal peaks while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to customer needs.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers on our quality products and WFF values.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge to share recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock duties including lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, and inventory.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
