Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience and act as a personal chef and butcher expert. You will gain extensive product knowledge, help customers with recommendations, and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced store.

You will train in cooking, provide a friendly checkout experience, and support online order processing. The role requires physical tasks and the ability to work in cold environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to listen and understand customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork Foods and its values.
• Become a product and culinary expert to provide great recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience and assist at checkout.
• Process online orders and ensure timely product handout for deliveries.
• Perform stocking duties, price changes, rotating products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Handle cash register duties and assist with e-commerce orders.
