Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Phoenix to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher with expert product knowledge to recommend dishes and proteins, while maintaining inventory, stocking, online order fulfillment, and a friendly checkout.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to service.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and dependability.
• Able to perform basic math and operate a cash register.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate customers about Wild Fork values and products.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training and recipes.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties, lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, and cleaning.
• Monitor daily price changes and operate the cash register as needed.
• Process ecommerce orders and coordinate timely in-store pickups or deliveries.
• Work in a very cold environment, including walk-in freezer tasks.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
