Job summary

Wild Fork is hiring a Team Member in Phoenix, AZ to deliver a memorable guest experience while becoming a personal chef and butcher expert. You will maintain inventory, assist with online orders, and ensure fresh, available products with a friendly checkout.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, assisting with stocking, and supporting cash handling. A fast-paced, cold-store environment is part of daily duties, with opportunities for monthly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management and prioritization.
• Take ownership and responsibility to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate the consumer on WFF quality.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to provide recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing the process.
• Assist customers during checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties including lifting up to 50lb, rotating products, ordering, cleaning.
