The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in retail management, a current Food Manager Certification, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance and high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or culinary retail.
• Current Food Manager Certification, or ability to obtain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and retain top performers.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
